LOLLY KINGDOM POSTAGE FAQ’S

We send our online lolly orders using AUSTRALIA POST (for orders under 5kg)

or TNT COURIER (for orders over 5kg)

Once we post your order at the Post Office, if you have any issues, questions or need details about your order in transit, you will need to contact Australia Post directly on 13 76 78 (Mon-Fri 8am–6pm) and give them your Tracking Number that we email to you once your order has been sent.

Check Postage Times to your location online: www.auspost.com.au/calculate-postage-delivery-times (From Ulladulla NSW 2539)

WARM WEATHER:

We strongly advise selecting Express Shipping during warm weather especially in the Summer months of the year. Given how sensitive chocolate & lollies are to heat, we simply cannot guarantee the perfect arrival of your chocolates during warm weather, but we do our best in packaging your order to minimise the chance of heat damage. Unfortunately refunds or replacements will not be granted due to melted/heat damaged items, please consider this prior to purchasing.

If your parcel is taking a long time to arrive:

you will need to call Australia Post on 13 7678 (Mon-Fri 8am–6pm) and lodge a complaint with them directly so they can follow up as to where your parcel is and give you an ETA. You can also take your tracking number to your local post office for them to follow it up for you also. Because once we post your order at the post office, your parcel tracking details are out of our control and we do not know when your parcel will be delivered to you and where your parcel tracking process is up to. Only Australia Post will be able to provide you with these details.

What to do when your parcel arrives?

Please open and inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase and if there are any issues with your order, we want to resolve them quickly for you. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us ASAP on 0435 584 353 or by email: sales@lollykingdom.com.au
We will do our best to try and resolve this for you as quickly as possible. But if you leave it too long to contact us about an issue with your order, we may not be able to help resolve it for you.

STORAGE: Confectionery is best kept in a dry, cool and dark area. Most confectionery will not require refrigeration if the area they are kept in is below 25 degrees. Do not place any of the goodies straight into the fridge without first transitioning them to an air-conditioned temperature. Chocolate especially does not like rapid temperature changes, up or down, and transitioning via an air-conditioned room for several hours helps avoid “Chocolate Bloom” if you do decide to refrigerate it.
